Why you should use a Buyer's Agent

When you look for a home, you can drive around and look through the Sunday paper, and usually find what you are looking for. However, when you call the agent who listed and advertised that home, keep in mind their responsibility is to the Seller, not you. When you use us as Buyer's Agents, we will search ALL the listings to find the ones that most suit your needs, regardless of who has them listed. The Seller pays our commission, but our responsibility is to YOU.
